Here's to Productive Weekends

The past few weekends have been very productive when it comes to our new home. And we couldn't be more excited. We labored hard on Labor day. We installed all of our insulation (pictures coming soon), and B got on the phone to get our dry wall scheduled for next week. Guys, we're going to have REAL walls after next week. Real walls.
And well, this weekend will be no different. We'll be cleaning up, moving out trash, and picking out doors, trim, base boards, crown molding and then finally fixtures. When you start adding all of this shiz up it starts to get expensive. I mean doors are $30 bucks each, and ceiling fans minimum $50 bucks. Seriously?? It's insane how much we've already put into the house, and how much more we still have to spend. I can't complain though. B and I are completely blessed. Blessed beyond measure, and more than we deserve. After we move-in we'll be among the few Americans who own their home and don't have a mortgage. Down right blessed, I tell ya. :)

Oh wow, you guys won't have a mortgage payment? That's awesome!! I've loved seeing the progress on the house do far, I can't wait to see it when it's finished! Have fun shopping this weekend :)
