Dinner with Me in Mind

Either I'm growing up fast (since this morning's post), or I just really wanted to try out my new Pampered Chef bake ware... It's probably just the bake ware, but this was a very fun night with a great glass(es) of wine.

Tonight I made dinner for just me in mind, and it was amazing!

Now I didn't exactly make it as the directions suggested (very pretty picture on the box though). I added a few extra of my own personal preferences. If only you could taste it through the computer.

Knead the flour in and add all your favorite toppings - cheese, jalapenos, cheese, pepperoni, grilled chicken and more cheese are just some of my favorites. I even tried to be an Italian pizza professional by throwing the dough up in the air then catch it - didn't quite work out so well. I need a bit more practice.

And the final product, drum roll please, is....a masterpiece. 

Look out Domino's, there's a new chef in town. 

Hopefully I don't wait too long before I actually cook again with me in mind. Until the next time I break out the bake ware...
