Since January, Brandon started a new diet regime and asked me cook healthier meals for him. He was dead set on only eating chicken and fish, and for that first month I was dying. I was racking my brain trying to come up with new recipes for chicken and fish. Something other than grilled or baked. Well, I came across this honey bbq grilled recipe the other day, and it looked absolutely delicious. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, but I think that's what made this dish taste so great.
Caramelized onions in honey, bar-b-que sauce and soy sauce, Mmm! It was AH-mazing.
