Peaceful
Listening to the leaves rustle in the wind, a cool breeze on my face, the sun peeping in and out from behind the clouds, the soft green grass under my feet, and maybe a boat or two to break my trance. There really is peace in nature. The rhythm of it is completely different than what you're used to in your everyday routine. I find that just being instead of doing is so much more relaxing and helps me to de-stress. Sometimes you just need to let the wind carry your stress and troubles away. By the time you read this I'll be long gone from this gorgeous place on the river, but that's the beauty about scheduling posts. I'm writing this at 6:30pm Sunday evening, in a worn, yet broken in green patio chair under the tall and sturdy sycamore trees, and I can't help but be completely at peace at this very moment. I love the fact that in taking pictures you can capture a moment in time, but unfortunately, pictures can't capture the cool breeze, the soft sound of the leaves blowing in the wind, or the flow of the river. I wish you were here with me.

I hope no matter what comes your way today that you find peace in your life and just let the wind carry your troubles away.
