What used to be the only form of long distance communication, pen and paper have become a thing of the past. With technology soaring to new heights everyday, our electronic world has put hand written anything (letters, notes, cards, etc.) obsolete. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I wrote a letter, much less a hand written love letter. But nothing says 'I love you' more than a hand written love letter showing your affection.
So, with Valentine's day here, the day we celebrate love and romance, what a perfect opportunity to bring back a little bit of history and write a love letter to the one person in my life who loves me for me, who appreciates me, who takes care of me, and who promised me he'd love me till death, and celebrate our love...
But I guess some people would just rather send a simple text or phone call because writing may not be their forte. And that's OK. But I do hope that you take advantage of this lovely holiday! Single or taken, I hope you have the best Valentine's day possible!! Love and be loved. Be vulnerable. Be romantic. Be spur-of-the-moment. Be sexy. But don't be afraid to put your heart out there today. You never know what might be in store for you!
And, if you're up for a little valentine's love and want to know how Brandon and I met, read this!
Happy Valentine's my loves,
P.S. Happy birthday to the sweetest mother in the world!! Happy Birthday Mom! I love you! I hope you have the best birthday EVER on this lovely Valentine's day!
