Mueller Central - Austin, TX

So in the spirit of wanting to try something new and continuing from last week's food review theme from Austin, Texas, for breakfast I passed by Mueller Central (pronounced miller) and was dead set on trying something from one of their food trucks. It seems here recently food trucks are all the rave. They're on every corner, in the movies and well, they're freaking down right delicious!

And the elixer coffee truck was no exception. The barista made my hazelnut/vanilla iced latte just as requested, and it hit the spot perfectly on that hot summer morning. Don't be scared of the next food truck you pass by. You may just find a new favorite spot to hang out and chow down.
