Loving What I Do
Yesterday I had so much fun working with one of my new brides! We had a wonderful time shooting on the first day of fall. The cool air of the morning was so relieving from the blistering hot summer we've been through.
We started the first session in the cool of the morning, then we wrapped up the day with a gorgeous sunset shoot in the middle of a field. The weather was absolutely perfect, the cool wind was blowing, sun was shining, and in the mix were a few scattered clouds to cover the sun every once in a while. I could get used to this fall weather, but I have to be real now, we live in Texas after all. But, I seriously could not have prayed for a more perfect day to take pictures in. Thank you, Jesus!

Just outside of Bay City, there is a beautiful B&B that was built in 1920. The white siding, gorgeous brown door and insanely huge wrap-around porch, I mean it's something straight out of a Southern Living magazine. Everyone around here refers to it as the Caney House because it backs right up to the Caney Creek. Ingenious, I tell you! ;) But when I mentioned the place to my bride, Rachael, she was totally on board, and I absolutely love that about my brides!!
Happy Monday, everyone!!
