Our Home {Part 1}
Happy Friday, my friends! The weekend is finally here. Got any plans or fancy night-outs planned? I'll be cooking dinner for my in laws tomorrow night here at the house. It should be great, just as long as I don't screw up dinner. Pressure's on. ;P I'll let you know how it goes…
So, I've been getting a lot of requests lately to see more pictures of our home. Brandon and I officially moved in Dec 21st, and well, since then I've been trying to make our house a home. To make something we've built a place to come home to. A place to relax and enjoy a great meal. A place to make wonderful memories. A place where Brandon and I will have babies and raise our kids. A place to call home.
We've upgraded some furniture and recycled other pieces. I've also found some great antique pieces I hope to paint and restore. I still have a long way to go, and a lot of empty walls to fill, but we're getting there. One antique store at a time.
Here are a few pictures of our dinning and living rooms, guest bedrooms and the guest bathroom. Come back soon for more pictures of our master bed and bath and kitchen.
Finally more pictures of your house! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that cool old headboard in your one guest room. The antique dresser under the city skyline photos is pretty too. That wrap around shower curtain is neat. It looks like you're well on your way to making your house feel like a home. Can't wait to see more pictures.

I really really like your dining room table and chairs! They are so classic and simple! Also, the guest bathroom is really bright, and that is a great feature with the cute tub and wrap around shower curtain! Can't wait to see more.
