The best cinnamon rolls OF YOUR LIFE
I like to drag things out as long as possible.
Clearly.
Either that, or I'm just a really bad procrastinator.
I'll let you be the judge of that.
So, I'm just getting around to posting these pictures, and yes, we made these cinnamon rolls way back in December. Better now than never getting around to it. Well, today I'm finally getting around to it. You'll thank me later when you make these yourself. And, if you only eat one you're seriously depriving yourself.
There's nothing like a delicious family recipe of homemade cinnamon rolls. Really, there isn't. We spent the day over at Aunt Fara's house (Brandon's aunt). It's kind of hard to remember exactly everything we did that day, after all this did happen 6 months ago, but the pictures sure are fun to look back on. Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure this is where all my cellulite came from. ;P
We made over 100 rolls to send out as Christmas presents. They're the perfect gift really. You could say we've turned into this woman delivering rolls to everyone we know. We had a blast. Only draw back to these rolls, they're loaded with lots and lots of sugar and butter. We have a little saying around here, "when you think you've added enough, add more!!"
You can find a similar recipe HERE.
Happy Friday, everyone! :)
These are definitely NOT non-caloric.
cinnamon rolls are some of my favorite morning treat! especially homemade ones. i love pioneer woman and her recipes. yours look great!
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, the title of this made me think of Legally Blonde when the lady professor says "The seat you choose today will be the seat you have for the next 3 months OF YOUR LIFE!" or something like that. #yesiwatchalotofmovies #nojudging ;)
ReplyDeleteSecond, your hair looks SO cute!
Third, I think I just gained 10lbs from looking at these pics, but it was worth it. I NEED THESE RIGHT NOW!!
"I think I just gained 10lbs from looking at these pics, but it was worth it." --- haha, my thoughts, exactly!
ReplyDeleteI've never made cinnamon rolls. I'm afraid I should wait for a family gathering, so I can make these. Otherwise, I'm likely to eat it all before the husband gets out of the shower!
Happy weekend :)
Alisha
