I actually decided that I wasn't going to allow myself to buy anything for... myself. I've been following that rule pretty well so far, but boy is it tough not buying for yourself!<br /><br />I've been asking people at work who they're shopping for, and I'm actually surprised at the number of people who say they're shopping for themselves so close to Christmas. I think you're not alone in feeling a bit selfish this time of year.<br /><br />You're definitely right though on the real meaning of Christmas.... making pancakes with your dad on Christmas morning sounds like a fantastic way to start the day!
