I started making my own ranch - and oh my word - amazing. I'm watching my portion sizes, and I try to exercise regularly. That helps a lot. I need to have more vegetables on hand in my house instead of chips. haNKristehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10670370289027021831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9181176959254584206.post-51181080283668479672013-07-26T11:11:36.822-05:002013-07-26T11:11:36.822-05:00egh I hate diets !! I used to diet like a mad person when I was a teenager, my weight up and down like a yoyo and I ended up covered in stretch marks all over my body. I have a much healthier relationship with food now, usually taking the healthier option, and I don't view it in terms of losing weight any more because that's no longer an issue, but I see it in terms of what's better for my health and what will help me live longer to be there for my family as they grow. Plus exercise always helps (egh I neeeed to start exercising again! I can't run for more than a minute without getting a stitch!)
http://myfroley.blogspot.com My Froleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15484466182674852087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9181176959254584206.post-79277517573580564992013-07-24T15:39:37.284-05:002013-07-24T15:39:37.284-05:00I like your take on dieting! I think you're taking the right steps to eating healthier and making better decisions. I gave up soda in high school... I mean, I do enjoy one a month or so, but weeding out the bad stuff is a good place to begin your changes. :)

I know that we don't keep a whole lot of unhealthy things around our apartment... or we will eat them. We only eat whole grain (or wheat) breads, no soda, lots of water. I don't have many tips other than, eat smarter... and watch portions. Have healthy snacks on hand for when you do get hungry. Don't reach for the chips, but eat pretzels and hummus or guacamole or something. You can do it!!Ashleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05396800149031526395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9181176959254584206.post-69944752301292512772013-07-23T10:21:45.395-05:002013-07-23T10:21:45.395-05:00You go girl! Tracked calories for a while, and then just really watched my portion sizes! When I did that, and stopped worrying so much about every little thing I ate, thats when the weight started coming off!

Can't wait for this baby to be here so I can join you in your quest to better health! It will be a party!

-karkarly from [kar[+]wade]https://www.blogger.com/profile/01951140278863023255noreply@blogger.com
